Brown paper wrappers with hand-printed title and author. This play was first produced by Margo Jones at her theatre in Dallas, Texas. It was later produced and directed by Miss Jones in New York, opening at the Music Box Theatre, October 6, 1948, with Margaret Phillips and Tod Andrews in the two leading roles; incidental music by Paul Bowles and setting by Jo Mielziner.
