The press kit includes: 17 black-and-white 8 x 10 inch film stills, an errata page correcting the character name played by Morgan Freeman that was erroneously stated, an 11-page section that lists the credits, and 35 pages of production notes.The illustrated studio folder sports a photograph of Tom Hanks, Bruce Willis and Melanie Griffith on the cover, along with the title. The film was based on the novel by Tom Wolfe and the mix is: "...take one Wall street tycoon, his Fifth Avenue mistress, a reporter hungry for fame, and make the wrong turn in the Bronx".
